We are subject to the environmental laws and regulations of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Joint Meeting of Union and Essex Counties (POTW), and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). We are in compliance with all applicable laws/regulations and will implement programs and procedures to assure continued compliance. We utilize safe technologies and specific operating procedures which help prevent threats to the safety and health of our employees and the community in which we operate.
